Modern Craft

Engineered in-house. Held to aerospace tolerance.

Cold-bent, spot-welded stainless steel rod and mesh, formed into sterilization trays, autoclave baskets, and kitting bins built to hold up under sterile and aerospace conditions, cycle after cycle.

Workbaskets

From proprietary rod-forming tooling in a Connecticut shop to baskets now spec'd into sterile fields and aerospace kitting lines, every Workbaskets frame is formed, welded, and inspected under one roof, not sourced from a catalog of interchangeable wire goods.

Sterilization Trays

Perforated-mesh trays sized for CSSD workflows, built to shed heat evenly through every cycle.

Autoclave Baskets

Deep-frame baskets for repeat high-heat cycles without warping or losing their weld.

Aerospace Kitting Bins

Stackable staging bins built for line-side aerospace kitting and assembly work.

Custom Fabrication

One-off builds, held to the same standard.

Non-standard footprint, unusual load, an odd sterilizer chamber: our shop takes on the geometry no catalog basket fits, from first sketch to first weld.

Material Spec

Formed, not stamped.

Every frame starts as straight stainless rod, cold-bent on tooling we designed and built ourselves, not pulled from a die shared with a hundred other parts. Sourced stainless mesh is set into the frame and spot-welded at every intersection, so load runs through the structure, not the solder.

In Development

Built toward full traceability, unit by unit.

We're building serialized tracking into every basket: a laser-etched mark linking each unit to its own routing, bill of materials, and inspection history. Not live yet, but it's the standard we're building the shop floor around.

Built For What Can't Fail

Built to outlast the equipment it protects.

These baskets end up in the same rooms as the instruments they're built to protect, so we hold ourselves to that standard: every unit formed, welded, and inspected in the United States.
